Took 20 mins to check in as both staff were on first day so not their fault but very slow Room was so hot as air con didn’t work and window could not be opened Dreadful nights sleep

The room was hot and even when asked for AC it was not provided. The area is unsafe and dirty. I would not recommend staying in that area. They don’t provide milk or water bottles in rooms and limited tea and coffee. I came for a birthday and they don’t provide anything for celebration even when asked prior. Terrible experience, never again!

Great hotel location

Clean hotel with great location for metro and Asian foods (Chinese and Vietnamese). The only thing I found missing is the gym.

On arrival the lady at the reception was reluctant to help and not very helpful. The next day we asked her a question while she was free and she shrugged us off and pointed us to her colleague who was attending to someone else so we had to wait.

This was definitely not a 4 star hotel. The rooms were nice and comfy but it was lacking in service. Our room key kept not working so we had to change it 4 times. Breakfast was ok but again service was lacking in many areas. It didn’t feel very hospitable.

It's conveniently located at the center of 13th cartier. The room was spacious, clean & had all amenities you need, including a refrigerator and a free bottle of water everyday. The staff speaks English well and the dining room was very clean and spacious. I will return to this hotel next time I come to Paris.

Hotel propre, accueil courtois et rapide. Les couchages sont confortables. Salle de bain et wc ok. Petit déjeuner varié et bon (sauf les oeufs brouillés qui sont plutôt des oeufs lyophilisés et réhydratés). PAR CONTRE , la climatisation était en panne dans tout l'hotel et il faisait une chaleur terrible dans les chambres, du coup on a mal dormi

Un énorme mégot de cigarette dans ma chambre sur la moquette à mon arrivée. Ménage effectué entre mes 2 jours de séjours alors que j’avais mis sur la poignée l’écriteau prévu à cet effet pour qu’il ne soit pas fait. Service globale déplorable, aucune attention envers les clients.
