Everything was perfect, I just had an incident, a chambermaid entered my room without knocking, looking for his cell phone, regardless of the fact that there were people in the room, entering directly into the bathroom of the room, it was a rather uncomfortable event.

Great location. Staff were all friendly and extremely helpful. Was able to give us good travel recommendations. Only thing i was not happy about was the evening buffet , i felt very overpriced for what was on offer. Eat out as better food and peices in local restaurants within five minutes walk. My experience at the Novotel Hotel Paris was very pleasant. The cuisine was good and healthy and the staff exceptionally courteous. The room was spacious and clean. I was also treated to a magnificient view of Paris from the room assigned to me. I recommend the Novotel Paris to any one visiting Paris.

The room didn’t have sight to Tour Eiffel as I expected when I did the reservation from the Expedia App. We were in a room with nice view to Seine river but I chose one with Tour Eiffel view on the App. Another issue is that the bathroom floor was kind of green-ish of humidity, for the price that we paid I was expecting a room with much more quality and cleaner.
