The rooms are not in good condition especially the bathroom - damaged sink, and some dirt around the joints. The floor is also carpet so not sure how clean it can be. Some water stains in the bedroom on the baseboard. On the positive note: The hotel lobby/restaurant look nice. Right in Terminal 3, very convenient location to take a flight.

Perfect hotel for our short stay in Paris!

We wanted a close stay at the airport for our one day/night stay in Paris! This was as close as you can get didn’t need to walk outside the airport. We did need to change terminals but that was easy on the airport tram. Then to head to the city on the metro/train was super easy. It was just down the steps in the terminal and jump on the trains to get to Norte Dame and then another train to the Eiffel Tower and jump on to the Louvre! We bought a day pass that could get us to all the sights and it was easy to figure out with google maps on which trains to take! Hotel was easy to get back to the then straight to bed! Breakfast in the morning was delicious and exactly what we needed before heading right back into the airport for our flight in the morning! Great stay!

The hotel itself is comfortable and convenient for transit passengers, but the dining options were disappointing for vegan travellers. There was barely anything healthy and protein-rich available for dinner or breakfast. Given the growing number of travellers with dietary preferences or restrictions, it would be great if the hotel could offer more well-balanced vegan meal options. At the very least, asking guests about their dietary needs in advance would make a big difference. Hope to see improvements in this regard.

Busy airport area, so not much around. Beds were great, room was warm. Room fittings and bathroom a little tired. The restaurant food offering was limited and breakfast was very average. Parking expensive but nice and easy to access on site in front of hotel, which was appreciated due to cold and rain on the night of our stay. The property is below par from what I’ve from the Novatel line and it’s due a face lift however - overall the stay was good.
