We had a excellent stay here for a surprise trip with my S/O. The rooms are so well decorated, staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. All of the hype in other review about the family owned service and touch was true. The dinner recommendations made by the concierge were all hits. One of the best parts is the location. Couldn’t ask for better in Paris. Additionally, a great shower with a huge shower-head which is a rarity in Europe. Overall, fantastic stay and can’t wait to get back.

Wonderful hotel down a quiet side street, but centrally located and a short walk from Notre Dame. Clean and well decorated throughout. We had a wonderful stay, made all the better by the fantastic service from arrival to departure. I would thoroughly recommend.

This is a delightful family owned hotel. We had such a warm welcome with friendly helpful staff. The hotel is historic but immaculate with lots of charm. Our room was freshly renovated, compact but with a nice bathroom and small seating area, it was identical to the marketing. The location was perfect for walking around Paris and shopping the charming boutiques of the area there are plenty of excellent eating options very close and the staff are very helpful with recommendations. We loved our stay here.

The Du Vieux Paris was a wonderful place for a Parisian visit. It is convenient to walk to most of the key sites and excellent restaurants. The neighborhood immerses one in the visit! The rooms are quiet and nicely appointed, the beds are comfortable and there is space to unpack and enjoy the stay. We especially want to compliment the staff for their help and insights - both pointing us in the right direction of key attractions and restaurants but also helping us understand the culture, language and sense of the city. Thank you, Gil, Basile and especially Jean-Marie, for making our stay enjoyable and educational. We will definitely be back!
