Great Multigenerational Spring Break Skiing

The Pinnacle condos are well located in Deer Valley, courtesy shuttle on-demand drops you off at DV base area. DV allows overrnight ski storage so everything is easy. The condo was clean, and as advertised. Pleanty of room for grandkids to spreadout, large kitchen was great for family meals (8 people). Property manager made check-in and planning very easy. Definitely great value for large family.

Wonderful ski week

We had the best week for our ski vacation at Deer Balley. The townhome was wonderful with all of the accommodations. Plenty of space for our group of 12-6 adults and 6 kids. The deer valley shuttle was so easy to go and come from the slopes, picking you up at your doorstep. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful Adventure

My family and friends enjoyed our stay in Park City! The set up of the house was great for our multiple families. The house was a short distance from town. And great location to many activities and other towns and adventures. We discovered that visiting between peak seasons is less expensive and fewer people, but lots of maintenance happens in that time frame. Overall, a wonderful and beautiful adventure!

This home was the perfect size for our group of 12 who came for a long ski weekend. Plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and a short walk to the bus to head to the mountain!

Family Thanksgiving

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We celebrated Thanksgiving with our entire family of 8 adults and 5 children. It was great that each couple had their own room and bathroom. The kids really enjoyed the room with the bunkbeds. The location of the property is great, very close proximity to Historic Downtown Park City. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal together and the kitchen is very well stocked with all the equipment you need to prepare a big meal. The living room was a great place for us all to hang out and several of us enjoyed the hot tub. We did have to call about a hot water issue but received very prompt service and it was fixed within an hour of calling. If stairs are an issue for anyone this would not be the place for you. Livingroom, kitchen, bedrooms are all on different levels which is not very clear in the photos. Overall we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time together in a place with plenty of room for the whole family. We would definitely consider booking this site again.

Love Park City

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Park City. The home was well furnished and the management made our stay delightful. The house was large enough for our family gathering with 5 bedrooms and four baths. Comfy beds and great towels. Well stocked kitchen supplies made cooking for our large group of easy. We would recommend and stay here again.

Great Stay

Unit was in good condition. Location is great, and it is easy to get to Deer Valley on the shuttle. There is a draft in the unit, almost like some of the windows have a leak. Everybody in my group loved the unit and its convenience.

Nice location and amenities

Communication was good, location was good. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Very hard to regulate the temperature (maybe user error). Overall it was good.

Great place near Deer Valley

This house was great for our group, lots of beds and a great kitchen and living room area. We used the shuttle to get to town & Deer Valley and it was so convenient & fast. Highly recommend!

Baseball Tournament

This was our first visit to Utah. We were here for the Triple Crown World Series. We loved the house and it was very spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of room for three families, a total of 13 people. We would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you, MC

Wonderful home.

This was a wonderful home. The kitchen was well equipped, and the layout of the home was perfect for us. Our three married children each had their own space that was more than adequate for them and their children. Our single son who usually ends up on a sofa somewhere even had his own space. The layout of the home was perfect for us as well. A group might have been in the large family room, while another group was in the kitchen (Me! Doing crafts with the children!)...while still others were downstairs using the game table or hot tub...and everyone had enough space in between as to not interfere with what was going on with the others. It was fabulous. The bus system in Park City helped us a lot...we were able to come and go from downtown utilizing the bus close to the home property so we didn't have to worry about parking etc. Those who responded to our requests or concerns did so immediately. We had a problem getting two overhead fans to work...and we happened to be there during a hot spell. The electrician DID attempt to fix the fans first, but when that did not work, the management people delivered two additional large space fans (others were already located within individual bedrooms) within minutes of our concern...and that really helped. We had a wonderful time and would use the property again in a heartbeat. We apologize for leaving the grill uncleaned. We looked around but could not find the utensils usually used in helping to clean the grill. My husband didn't feel great about leaving it that way. We apologize. Thank you for having enough towels in both the bathrooms and hot tub area. The beds were comfortable...all of the rooms super spacious and well equipped. Thank you again!

Beautiful house

A great house with a great location. 5 bedrooms 3 masters and 1 with 2 double beds and one with 4 beds (bunk beds). Would not be a good fit for someone who can’t climb stairs as there is like 5 flights of them. Also for us with a 1.5 year old it was difficult because there wasn’t a baby gate to block kids from the stairs going up or down. We had to turn the water off at nights because the pipes make a loud noise al night which kept us up all night the first night. Beyond those items the stay and house were great with a great location.

Fun in Park City

This house was perfect for our large family. Each room was like a master sweet (my wife and I had first pick and we had a difficult time making the choice). The kitchen and family room were ideal gathering places. We only spent evenings and mornings there, as we spent the majority of our time enjoying the great outdoor activities around Utah. We loved our stay and wouuld do it again in a heartbeat.

Father/Son Trip for 10

Great location with proximity to Park City Main Street, Park City Mountain, and Deer Valley. We skied Park City and Canyons the entire time. However, a Deer Valley Guest shuttle passes by the property everyday. Property was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. I highly recommend it. The management company was very responsive and accommodating.

Great condo for large group
