This is a great property with an amazing location - in the same building as Terminal 21 mall. There's a vibrant street market just outside with great food, shopping options, and the mall itself. The hotel itself has a great breakfast, and the staff is really friendly. We had a panoramic sea view room on the 31st floor and that had some of the best views in Thailand. The only reason for a 4-star rating would be the size of their pool and the beach nearby. The pool is quite small for the number of rooms they have, and the North Pattaya beach nearby isn't really swimmable. Would definitely recommend if you are not really a beach swimmer and just need somewhere to chill out with great vibes all around.

酒店位置很便利，設施及餐廳都很棒。雖然泳池水溫偏冷，但小朋友在泳池渡過開心的時光，有救生員加分。遊戲室的活動豐富，即使不想手作也可打電動。美中不足是清潔人員及接聽電話員工英文能力需加強，因為小朋友半夜bedwetting，請房員重新鋪床但無法理解我的意思，有點無奈….

An excellent modern Hotel. Two improvement areas: Remove the alcohol ban at the restaurants and pool area. The choice of TV channels was awful, no sport, no BBC, no Fox etc. Invest in entertainment.
