Location-Location-Location. In the heart of Pattaya. Nice hotel, great staff and pretty good breakfast. My room was quiet even though the area is alive at night. 250 meters to the beach and a baht bus and ferry to Ko Larn. Would definitely recommend. A clean 3 star hotel.

I have stayed at Sunshine many times..never had a problem...I always book an ocean view room..a little more costly but I enjoy the beach view..Breakfast is really good...many choices and fresh fruit.
