"A cash money in my wallet was disappeared after the housekeeping services. Despite filli g a complaint, the hotel did nothing. They informed me that it is now their responsibility, if my belonging is not in the safe. They did not give the logs of my room or formal incident report. They were not helpful at all. The room was not clean, there war hair of other people at bathroom. The bed was not comfortable. Nothing was good. They wasted my business trip, did not help me at all about anything because I booked via hotels.com and they did not received direct money. This hotel can only be hostel not a 4 stars hotel. "
