If you love the soft, white sugar-sand beaches of Perdido Key, fresh salt air and enjoying watching boats of all sizes cruise by, then you've found the beachfront vacation home you've been seeking! This delightful home is Family Friendly and Pet Friendly. We welcome well-mannered, non-aggressive house trained pets with approval before arrival and payment of a pet fee per pet. Just ask about our pet stay requirements.

Beachfront Retreat features a real sand beach behind the house! It's a place where you can sit back, relax and watch boats cruise by, pelicans soar overhead, and dolphins play in the waterway behind the house. Walk from the sandy beach into the blue-green water of the navigable Intercoastal waterway!

From the home's back porch to the waterway's shoreline is a long stretch of soft, white sugar sand beach that's waiting for you!

Relax on the beach, bring your kayaks, paddleboards and enjoy the Intercoastal waterway and the sugar sand beach right outside your backdoor! Grill under the covered patio and enjoy the water views. In the evenings, watch the sun set, then enjoy the stars that fill the night sky.

Boaters can bring their boat and "beach it" but be sure to set out a marked anchor in our sandy beach to secure your boat. Or book a slip at the nearby Holiday Harbor which is a short walk from the house.

This comfortable waterfront home features over 2,000 square feet under roof, plus a private beach along the Intercoastal Waterway (ICW)! The waterway is both navigable and scenic! You'll love watching boats of all sizes cruise by 'Beachfront Retreat' during the day and at night!

Beachfront Retreat is an terrific vacation home for family gathering, reunions of up to 10 guests. Great for your Summer vacation with friends or family, a holiday get- together, mini-reunion and more! It's also a great vacation location for a Friends Vacation, Ladies Groups, and Men's Groups, Church Retreats, Fishing trips and more!. The spacious and open living area is perfect for everyone to gather together!

Fabulous Family Friendly, Pet Friendly waterfront beach home can sleep up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Your beloved, well mannered, house-trained pets are welcome at Beachfront Retreat. A reasonable pet fee of $100 per pet applies for approved pets.

Beachfront Retreat is located in a quiet residential community, just off of River Road and near Holiday Harbor Marina.

If you are traveling with a boat, contact Holiday Harbor for boat slip and boat storage information. It's just a short walk from the house. Also located nearby, within walking distance, is Sunset Grill, a waterfront, pet friendly restaurant! And, just a short drive from our home is The Oyster Bar, another waterfront, pet friendly restaurant!

Both the Primary bedroom suite and Living room have beautiful views of the water and our own private beach. The covered porch and the attached raised deck look out onto the beach and waterway too.

If you need to stay connected during your stay at Beachfront Retreat, the home features 1 GB high speed wireless internet, TV channels thru Roku and streaming.

There are 3 TVs at Beachfront Retreat: a large flat screen TV in the living room, flat screen TV in the master bedroom, and another flat screen TV in the 4th bdrm which features the trundle bed.

Sleeping Accommodations and Bathrooms:

Bedroom # 1 features King size bed, a lovely view of the water and beach, flat screen TV with Roku, plus attached full bathroom. - Sleeps 2

Bedroom # 2 features Queen size bed. - Sleeps 2

Bedroom # 3 features a brand new twin over queen bed plus a trundle, great for kids. - Sleeps 4

Bedroom #4 features a trundle bed (opens to 2 twin beds). - Sleeps 2

Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 all have easy access to the hall bathroom with tub-shower combination.

The kitchen is fully-equipped and very roomy, it features: a large dining island, dishes, cookware, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, refrigerator with ice maker, oven/stove, pantry

The home also features: laundry room with Washer and Dryer, iron and ironing board. Sheets and towels are provided for guest use. There's covered parking and additional parking in the driveway. Covered backyard patio with BBQ grill.

Pet Friendly Vacation Rental Home:

- All pet stays must be approved at time of reservation.

- We have a few pet stay requirements, please ask for details.

- There is a pet fee of $100 non-refundable per pet. If this was not charged as a separate fee at time of reservation, it will be collected separately.

- Important: Escambia County has a leash requirement when pets are outside the home. This must be adhered to during your stay.

Don't forget to bring: While Sea & Sky Rentals provides you with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags which are intended to get you through your first evening at the home, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hair dryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dish washing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, groceries, aluminum foil, and anything else you may need to make your vacation complete!
