The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was decent - I was put off by a long hair in better scrambled egg warmer, but that could happen anywhere. There were enough other options to choose from that I could just avoid that dish.

The room was very clean, and the included food/drinks were good. On checking in, though, there was some difficulty. My partner,who had made the reservation through Expedia, got sick and was unable to come on the trip. She called the hotel earlier that day and explained it would only be me checking in, gave my name, etc. She was told this would be fine. When I got to the Drury, it wasn't fine--no one was aware that she had called. The Drury called her at home for authorization, which was awkward and inconvenient, especially since she had already called in ahead of time. Other than that, though, all was fine. Oh, and the tub didn't drain well.

We loved our stay at Drury Plaza Hotel. The staff was outstanding (Richard and Nico to name a few of our faves), and we enjoyed having both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. It was a great stay and the hot tub/pool area was fabulous as well.
