The staff at the front desk is amazing, she helped accommodate me and my puppy after a very long drive and she was so pleasant to speak to after a long day. Would stay here again if I need accommodation!!!!

Rooms were decent, beds were more comfortable than most. However, I did NOT like that the front-desk people wanted to gather more information than necessary. They wanted ID for all of my family staying with me, not just my id. I can understand wanting MY ID... But the rest of my family? Fortunately, they were able to bypass that on their check-in screen... But this is the first time my entire party has been asked to ID at any hotel. They also asked for an email address, which I'm sure would have been used for marketing purposes.

Best one we have stayed at yet. Modern and in a good area. Loud - seemed like people were running up and down the hall all evening. Also, check in could be better. There was a line of three people and two girls at the desk. One was just confirming reservations for people and she could have helped reduce the customer wait time.

Pleasant stay

The hotel appeared very clean as was our room. We stayed in a King bed with a sofa sleeper which was the only real down side. I tried sleeping on it the first night and and it was terrible. Could not find a comfortable area on it. The full size refrigerator/freezer was in perfect woking order and froze some water bottles easily overnight. We will be keeping this place in mind for future trips to PHX.

Too sterile and no complimentary things.

We were disappointed. Lacking a good breakfast, No tables and chairs in the area where the low class breakfast was served. No tv in the area. Very sterile and cold environment. The room had no hairdryer, no movie Channels, no complimentary products, few towels and no room service. We are sorry we had to stay there for three days. We don't recommend this place

Great stay!

The room smelled really good, was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The desk lady was very nice but the grab and go breakfast left a lot to be desired. Overall it was a very nice place and will stay there again.
