Service and cleanliness was excellent. The Tv viewing experience and the lack of USB ports in the room was disappointing . The TV cable service did not have a guide or the channels did not list what the programs was. In this era of technology the setup in the room is outdated

Not the Hilton I once knew

The front desk upon check-in was inattentive and not hospitable at all. It was like my checking in was a bother. The hotel is apparently under renovations, but there was no sign apologizing for the state of disarray. The room was dated, and there were insufficient/inconvenient areas to charge devices, etc., whereas other hotels on our journey had many areas and charging stations in a number of accessible areas. Hilton used to be fine lodging, and an above average stay. This place did NOT meet up to the old standard unfortunately, especially for the price we paid. We NOT recommended.
