Pictures online are deceptive. Rooms are in need of updates. Patchy paint, shower tile is in bad shape. Outlets around the vanity didn’t work, blanket on the bed was very old. Carpet was dirty. Also found a few mosquito's flying around in the room.

Our room was clean, but very rundown. Bathroom fixtures were missing, very unprofessional attempt to re-grout shower, hole in bathroom door. We only needed a place to sleep for one night after attending a concert in the area, so these things did not really bother us, but I am glad that it was available at the last minute and within a mile of the concert venue, and relatively cheap at $72.

Where do I start we went and did the biggest mistake by staying there when we first got there at check-in the people that were checking in look like they just got out of prison it looks like it was a house for homeless people no disrespect but it was horrible and when we went to our room there were cockroaches in there my family was like disgusted so was I and the room maintenance was so poor I could not believe it I will never ever go to a place like that again and the car next to us the next day was broken into it looks like it was a halfway house for people that have nowhere to go that's okay if you're into that but I would never recommend it for a family this place had nothing I would ever expect for a clean family this hotel is definitely not clean at all it was non-smoking but when you went in it smells like straight cigarettes everywhere I personally don't even know why hotels.com even has them on their app if I were them I would definitely reconsider taking them off because I am going to think twice about using hotels.com now. But I will give you this the front people at the desk were nic

Again the property did not look anything like the pictures of the room that I got. Does not have Smart TV. The carpet is stained everywhere. The amenities in the room are zero. The arguing and fighting and Noise outside till after midnight. This is barely a one star dump.

This is the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in any hotel.there need state inspection before they can operate in business.The rooms were dirty the shower in horrible conditions the AC is not working the tv is working only if you switch the lights on from the wall the tv remote is not working constant loitering around the neighborhood and we have to pay before using the WiFi.Above all some of the staffs were so rude. I paid $426 for four night it’s not worthy.Anyone coming into AR please don’t book this hotel check their reviews before booking. I even need a refund because I didn’t enjoy my stay at all. The only thing it has is a location that’s all the rest is horrible.Expedia please inspect this hotel before posting it on your website. Property management if you can read this please improve on the hotel rooms and try to repaint the building at least do a little better and please if you are coming to AR for whatever reason don’t book this hotel I don’t care if it’s $20 per night don’t book it it’s horrible.
