We had a wonderful family stay at this apartment-hotel which is centrally located in the heart of Patong barely a few minutes walk to the beach with everything happening around it. Our 2-bedroom apartment was massive and grand with every creature comfort supplied. The staff is attentive and courteous. A special mention for their breakfast and the open air dining area which was the highlight of the mornings. We would definitely come back

Loved our stay here! We received a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room that had a private access to the pool. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was spotless with comfortable beds. They have an app to allow for easier communication which was very convenient for anything we needed. The location is great because it’s a few minutes away from a lot to do and a ten minute walk away from the beach. BYD felt like a home away from home and I would definitely stay here again if I wanted to be close to Patong again.

Apartment was amazing with everything you can ask for staff where geaat would have been 5 stars if wasn't for the breakfast service the staff spent all the time with a few agrumentive customers and forgot about everyone else the cold food and sausages very under cooked

The rooms are spacious and clean and nice. The breakfast is good but typically the same daily with lots to choose from. Property is near everything and so many shops right on the same street.

Amazing stay! The hotel was extremely clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout our visit. The staff was professional, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The location is perfect — close enough to easily get everywhere, yet far enough from the noise, allowing for peaceful and quiet nights. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great balance of comfort, service, and tranquility.
