Receptionist staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff had limited English, which is why reception tells you to call them for housekeeping requests. The free breakfast is terrible, except for the yogurt.

Great shower head. Bed was extremely comfortable. Lock on bathroom was broken. Deadbolt was sticking on main door. Outside of the locks, everything was great! Oh, I also liked the free coffee bar.

I went to iron pants and the iron still had water in it same with the coffee maker which makes me believe they do not clean these between guests. There was no ironing board so I called the front desk girl had no idea what it was. Then she figured it out it was brought to the room broken it did not stand. I paid with a gift card they wanted to charge me the total amount of the gift card which was worth $200 and my total was $188. I dont care about the $12 however what if I had $500 gift card?
