The Property was a disaster. Exercise room and Pool Closed. Limited Park in Garage. Check-in gave me a blank card. No one told me that the Key Card was used to turn on the lights. The phones didn't work. I had to call the 1-800 number to tell them to call the front desk to activate my phones. after the phone worked I called the front desk to schedule a wake up call at 11:30am, but get a maid knocking at my door at 10am instead to see if she can clean

Just an issue with the breakfast on 2/15 it was late coming out there was a fruit fly in the apple juice everything that he could put out out was cold but the next day young black man put out everything on time hot and fresh.They reason why i book my room at the hyatt is because of the breakfast and how clean it is.

Not worth it

Disappointed...From trying to figure out where to park to check in, to the miniature parking spaces in the garage, it was not a great first impression. The bed was not very comfy, and there was work being done at 3 AM which kept us awake. And then, NO breakfast! They said there was an issue and no one showed up to work. Not even coffee. Will go somewhere else next time.

Well maintained property(3rd flr was currently being remodeled during our stay, but it was not disruptive) This was our 2x at this property and we definitely use again when in town. Friendly staff and a nice walkable area with shops and restaurants.

We enjoy the layout and amenities of the room, the pool is clean and the staff are courteous. However, the breakfast is very basic and there was noisy construction going on and only one elevator working during our last stay.

Room was exactly as showed on booking website, very clean and put together. Location is walkable to food and drink spots. Parking was convenient. Staff was very nice. I will keep this hotel in mind when visiting Pittsburgh next time!

Excellent hospitality

We pulled in to the parking garage entrance, pushed a button, told him our name, and we were parked within 10 seconds. Checkin was easy, the room was spacious and clean, and service was great. Bar and breakfast were great as well.

Real good property. The staff was excellent, no matter what question we asked, they were always available and happy to help. We liked the seating options around the lobby to gather for conversations, share a pizza etc rather than going up to rooms. Exercise room and equipment was excellent.The only negative we had was the free breakfast buffet. We couldn't cut into the pancakes and tried a couple of other options and then walked over to one of several good nearby restaurants and "on the go" options. We found the area safe and easy to walk to stores and restaurants and really liked that. There is an expansive dog park across the street and the river behind is great for a stroll or run. It is a U shape property. We were inside the "U" so we had a view of the river but at night had to keep the shades closed for privacy. Just chat with the front desk to help you choose a room if this is concerning, I think they really want to make sure you are comfortable. Good stay!
