The staff were great. The room was not so great. Very dated. Shower enclosure made such loud creaking noise when you stood on it. Almost scary hehe. Needs to be changed. The bed was okay and fairly comfortable. Room didn’t feel clean but was okay. This hotel is old and in need of updating. We chose a bit based on price so I suppose we got what we paid for. 104.00 vs 169.00 etc. If you need sparkling appearance then go the extra cost but if you’re okay with a quite dated facility, then there are some savings to be had here. We would be real disappointed, even at the savings here if not for the staff. They were awesome.

First of all, there is NO ELEVATOR onsite, the door lock had to be jiggled continuously in order to catch the lock. The toilet seat hinges were loose and wobbly. The bathroom wall was damaged and needed repairing and repainted. The carpet was dirty and needed to be washed. We had some big bugs on the cabinetry. The breakfast was at best adequate, but the area is so small and very crowded with only a few people in the area. The sheets were very scratchy and the heater/ ac unit was extremely noisy.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. She also left cookies out in the evening which was a nice touch! The pool was shut down, but that's ok. The room was nice and clean.

Staff were all nice, it was a little loud at night from other guests and outside. There was clothing left in our closet from previous guests. Parking lot was very small and dark and a lot of trailers were taking up a lot of spots.

Ok place. Out midway stay when driving to snowbird destination and back home. Always treated well. Decent budget hotel, located close to interstate but far enough away to not be noisy. Safe parking lot.good value.

My car was hit in the parking lot overnight. Its a small lot right beside the hotel, but apparently nobody heard or saw anything. There are cameras in the parking lot but the woman at the front desk said 'they dont work well at night' and when the police came they said they are live feed only. But clearly nobody pays attention to the live feed. So basically this stay cost me over a thousand dollars because of the hit and run and having to pay the deductible to get my brand new car fixed. Its a false sense of security having cameras in the parking lot if nobody is actually watching them and they do not record. Also the carpets and curtains were dirty in the room. I will say the bed was comfortable, but overall a bad stay and i would never stay again.
