The mattresses were awful - old school prongs in your booty all night. The hot tub and sauna did not work. And the spa for massages does not exist. This was one of the main reasons I selected this facility for my family and me. Extremely disappointed. They also would not allow to upgrade rooms because I booked through Expedia regardless of not being concerned of cost.

Wonderful stay in point pleasant

Hotel is very clean, great amenities like the restaurant, beach access and passes etc. Rooms very clean. Only negative is mattresses are very hard.

Proximity to beach access and boardwalk was great. Something we found odd about the room was no hooks anywhere for towels, robes, etc. Older building with sloped floors, we had to prop up the front of the dresser so the drawers would stay closed. Staff however, was fantastic.

Would definitely stay here again! Love the free shuttle the hotel offers. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Private beach was a bonus & the pools were lots of fun!

Pools were nice and plenty of loung chairs/umbrellas but would be great if one of the bigger pools was adult only (or at least part of the time). Paddywagon transportation service is great! Rooms were super basic, no decor, hole in the wall between the bathroom outlet and wall board, one window so dirty couldn't see out of it, and the door for the room next to us squeaked loudly every time opened and closed which woke us up in the mornings. Areas of the property also need upkeep - peeling paint, areas in need of powerwashing. For the high price they are charging would expect more pristine condition! Also there are add on fees/taxes on top of already high prices.
