Seascape - Oceanfront - Nukkuu 16 plus lapsi - SEEN ON HGTV BEACH HUNTERS

Seascape on esillä HGTV-näyttelyssä, Beach Hunters. Tämä loma-asunto ostettiin vuonna 2018 ja muutettiin. Upouusi lattia, tuore maali (sisältä ja ulkoa), ylelliset kvartsi-keittiötasot ja uusi Trex-pakkaus ovat vain muutamia niistä kutsuvista päivityksistä. Tämä 3-kerroksinen koti on lähes 2900 neliömetriä, josta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät.

Yksityinen rantakatu suojaavien dyynien yli putoaa sinut suoraan hiekkaan. Nauti aamupalasta Joe'sta yksityisellä merenranta-patioilla tai ota iltaisin kävellä hiekkaa pitkin. Pääkerroksessa on avoimen käsitteen pohjapiirros, jossa on jokaisessa huoneessa kuvaikkunat. Olohuone ja ruokailuhuone ovat merelle päin, ja vieressä oleva keittiö avautuu viihdyttävään tilaan. Makuuhuoneessa on oma patio-ovi ja oma kylpyhuone. Ja siellä on runsaasti tilaa kahdelle turhuuden turvaamiseksi. Tarvitsetko huuhtelun päivän jälkeen auringossa? Uppoudu porealtaaseen tai kokeile erillistä kehystämätöntä suihkua. Sen pääkonttori on täydellinen vaatekaapin muutoksille. Pääkerroksessa on myös takka, joka on viihtyisä vieressä, ja jauhehuone. Pääkerroksen olohuoneessa on 50 tuuman taulutelevisio, jossa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja, joissa voit katsella suosikkinäytössi tai pallopelejä. Uuden sohvan ja 10-paikkaisen käsintehdyn ruokapöydän, jossa on penkki ja tuolit, ansiosta jokainen voi istua.

Neljä ylimääräistä makuuhuonetta ylimmässä kerroksessa - pääsee hissistä tai portaista. Kolmen makuuhuoneen huoneista on suora merinäköala, ja neljännessä huoneessa on näkymä Intracoastaliin. Yläkerran mestarilla on oma kylpyhuone, jossa on parivuode ja vyöryä - täydellinen pari, joka matkustaa 2 lapsensa kanssa! Yläkerran makuuhuoneessa on ranskalaiset ovet, 2 queen-size-vuodetta ja kirjahylly. Merihevosen makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja kirjoituspöytä, jossa kaikki postikortit lähetetään ystäville, jotka haluavat, että he olivat siellä kanssasi. Merihuone on täydellinen nukkumapaikka lapsille, joissa on kerrossängyt ja bonus. Merihevonen ja merenkulun huoneet sijaitsevat kätevästi täyden vieraskylän vieressä, jossa on kaksi turhuutta ja suihku. Suuri pesutupa, jossa on kaapit ja pesuallas, on yläkerrassa. Alakerrassa on 2-auton autotalli ja varastotila, joka sopii erinomaisesti rantaleluihin. Lisäksi 1/2 kylpyamme alakerrassa on autotalli. Astu pois rannalta ja avaa siellä vetämättä hiekkaa sisälle! Käytettävissä on myös ulkosuihku, jossa on säädettävä veden lämpötila. Lisäsimme autotalliin juuri huoneen, jossa oli A. C. Siinä on Foosball, pingispöytä, Tiki Toss ja tikanheitto.
Hissi käyttää kaikkia kolmea tarinaa - ajaa autotalliin ja tuo päivittäistavarat ylös. * Hissi on saatavilla vain pyynnöstä.

Vain 15 minuuttia keskustaan St. Myös Augustine, jossa on venesatamia ja venelaitoja. Publix-ruokakauppa ja huoltoasema ovat alle 10 minuutin päässä.

Nana’s 80th Beach Birthday!

Our group, consisting of myself, my mom, two of my aunts, my cousin and my Nana, traveled from Montana to Ponte Vedra to celebrate my Nana’s 80th birthday! The house and location couldn’t have met our needs and exceeded them more! Having 6 women, the layout of the house, separation of rooms and room options, multiple options for bathrooms, etc. was perfect for us as we weren’t all always on top of each other but could easily come together in shared areas. The access to the beach and views was definitely the main attraction for the house! It was super easy for my Nana to just walk outside and be right on the beach, which is exactly what we wanted for her and we got to have gorgeous views day in and out… even seeing some dolphins!! I figured we’d be hot all the time and not use the hottub, but in the evenings as it cooled off some, it was the perfect way for us all to relax after the days’ adventures and chat! We had some difficulty with one of the bathrooms and the host was super responsive and got a plumber out and the issue fixed within hours that same day while we were out exploring! The host was very kind, very responsive, gave very clear guidance and information and all of our needs were very much met and all of our wants on top of it! I woukd 100% recommend this place to anyone and we woukd for sure stay again! Thank you so much!

Best Spring Break

Absolutely loved this home. Pictures are accurate and it is well maintained. Right on the beach and hot tub was excellent. Everything worked. Kitchen is more than stocked. Ground level playroom helped older adults find peace! Unlike many rentals- the beds felt great. Only minor downside is that all the houses sit right on A1A and speed limit seems high to be turning in the homes. Quiet inside though- ocean sounds were all you could hear. It was not busy on the beach- we felt like we owned it! We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again!!!

Great Home!

We had an amazing time at Seascape! Being right on the beach made this trip so fun for all the kids and the adults. The house had a ton of beach chairs and toys that we all enjoyed. Plenty of room in the house for 3 different families to comfortably enjoy. Kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to make meals at the house instead of going out, which we did a lot! Easy drive into St. Augustine. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great House in St Augustine

We loved our stay at Seascape. The views were amazing. We travelled with friends and everyone had a lot of space. The game room in the the basement is super fun, we used it a lot due to some rainy days. The communication with Misti was great. She immediately helped with any question. We would love to come back!

The BEST VRBO experience ever!

I cannot say enough good about this property and the management. I have rented lots of VRBO homes before, but this place was everything advertised and more. The home was clean, appealing and had an attractive beach vibe. The property owner was very quick to respond and make sure everything was in order and ready for our stay. I wanted beach towels and beach chairs and she made sure we had plenty of both for our group. There were sand toys that the children had such fun with. The hot tub was hot and functioned well. The beach access was prime and we had the beach to ourselves pretty much the entire time we were there. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and all of the beds were very comfortable. We truly utilized all of the amenities. The ping pong table was a popular activity along with gathering shells on the beach and playing in the ocean. This property is located close to groceries and activities in St. Augustine which made it convenient to leave and explore the old town and historic sites. My family had the best time together and the facility made the difference. If we ever return to St. Augustine, we will stay in this home!

Seascape

We had a lovely four night stay over the long Labor Day weekend. Our extended family of nine from 11-years-old to 72 had a wondrrful time together. The layout of the house worked well and access to the beach is very close.

Much needed vacation

Amazing view The house has just about everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach and it’s also close to shopping and restaurants. My wife loves sitting in the hot tub and just looking out at the view.

Wonderful beach house

The house was wonderful, with plenty for our grandchildren to do (game room and beach toys). There were enough rooms for our four couples to each have their own room. The beach is quiet and the same beautiful South Ponte Vedra Beach we love. We highly recommend Seascape!

Absolutely Amazing

Our family loved this property. The house is breathtaking, so big and in the perfect location. It’s right on the beach, it’s perfectly decorated and has everything you could dream of needing. We will definitely want to come back. The porch off the main level is so awesome. All the room are so nice, the game room is perfect for kids, while the kitchen is great for the family to gather. Honestly, we were just amazed. I can’t say enough about how great our stay was! It’s a beach dream😊❤️

Wonderful Stay at Seascape!

Seascape truly lives up to its name — a relaxing retreat where the ocean meets serenity. The home is beautiful and each day we were greeted by the soothing sounds of crashing waves and the salty breeze. The highlight of our stay was sipping warm coffee while watching the vibrant sunrise over the ocean from the deck. The home is stocked with everything you need for the beach: sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, and more. The only thing that can be improved upon at Seascape is the bedding. The beds were wonderful, but the sheets were a little too warm and we would have benefitted from a cozier comforter than the blanket provided. Despite this minor detail, our time at Seascape was nothing short of memorable. We would definitely stay again!
