The first room we were assigned did not have a working TV. The drain on the shower did not work. The curtains were shredded and didn't close or provide security. When a charger or other electrical drive was unplugged, fuses blew - a huge fire hazard. The second room we stayed in did not have a functioning sink drain. Monday morning there were very few items available for what was supposed to be a full breakfast. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Would not recommend this place! Still trying to get the double charge on my card corrected. WiFi is pretty much non existent. The “breakfast” haha coffee pots were empty ,eggs were gone, sausage was cold, donuts were old. When brought to the attention of the front staff she chose to go outside for a smoke rather than address the issues. Very disappointing, would not stay here again.

The room wasn't clean. The bed was made. Found a piece of toast on the carpet by the bed. Dust on the dresser. Food crumbs on the table. The curtain was part way down. I always stay here. This is the first time this has happened. And no microwave in my king size room. The microwave is a deal breaker for me. Manager said she would see about getting me one but it never happened. I won't stay in a place that has no microwave or fridge.

When we arrived Friday at 5:00 pm (check-in is at 3:00), we had to wait at least 10 minutes for the staff to appear behind the desk and check us in. I even called, "Hello?" several times. Crickets. The dining area smelled like musty feet. The elevator to the third floor shimmied and shuddered. The room itself, when we walked in, had hard, broken pieces of plastic on the floor, and a dirty bath towel lay on the bathroom floor. Worst of all, my bedding has black smears (looked like ash) and brown smudges (which I chose to believe was chocolate). Between 9:00 and 10:00 am the next morning we asked the morning desk person (a different girl than the afternoon before) for housekeeping to clean our room (which they do only every third day unless specifically requested). The desk girl "added us to the list." At 4:30 pm, I reminded the afternoon desk girl (the same from 24 hours earlier) that we needed room service. She said she would check with housekeeping and see what they could do. At 5:00 pm, I watched the room service people leave the building, and now, at 9:30 pm, the room remains unserviced, and we have run out of Kleenex. I intend to ask for a discount when we check-out tomorrow morning. Wish me luck.

Reasonable price on a very busy celebration weekend for the city. Pleasant staff. Clean. Only one of 3 lamps was working; but with a full house, they were unable to locate replacement lamps since all the rooms were in use.

Everything was very nice. The only 2 recommendation would be that the elevator area would be as nice as the rest of the place. Also if the front entrance windows were cleaner (first impressions are always recommended).

Room wasn't ready on time had to wait until 6pm for it to be cleaned. Person working had there kid there riding a bike in the lobby. Pool was freezing couldn't swim in it. North side door to get in doesn't lock. The room was facing noisy backup traffic to get on the bridge semi noise honking all night. Room dirty. Electrical outlet doesn't work. Look under sheets mattress stained nasty. Wouldn't stay there again. Seemed people hiding in strange spots outside north side of building.Not worth 167 a night what I paid. Stay somewhere else safer.

The bathroom area for seemed a little sticky. They never came for housekeeping in my 3 day stay. I asked 3-4 times and they finally said that the hotel usually expects longer stays so they clean once every 3 days. I did see some instructions about having to ask the reception if I need frequent cleaning but they never did it

Staff doesnt care.

They messed up our reservation. The lady at the front desk said, it wasn't her fault, and didn't care to fix it. Her answer was just, I didn't do it and we cant fix it. Our entire weekend was almost ruined. Finally after a while she decided to see if their sister hotel could take us. We got moved over there so that they could honor our reservation for two king beds. The guy there was SO much nicer, and made out stay much better.

This property is a trash and smells marijuana in the entire property. No phone in the room to contact front desk and no iron box. Front desk lady was useless and doesn’t know anything about the property. I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone.

The floor was not vacuumed. A big yellow stain on the blanket on the bed. Also the luggage rack on the wall next to the tv fell of the wall when I put my bag on it. Lucky I was not injured with it. The drapery was falling down.The whole hotel is old and needs to be updated. The side door to the side parking lot was not secure, open all night. I was in 103 on the ground level and anyone could have entered through that door. No milk on the breakfast bar and no bread for toast.I will not stay there again.

From check-in to check-out it was terrible. First room the door wouldn't even open. Front desk changed rooms. The new room had hair and dirt all over the beds, people were smoking in their rooms, and the towels still had snot from god knows when on them. They allowed homeless people to walk the halls with a random room key and try to open doors to paying guests.

MY ROOM HAD TWO DOORS AND ONE HAD A BROK.N SECURITY LOCK?? THE JACUZI WAS VERY NICE, BUT THE TV IN THE BEDROOM WAS BROKEN AND NEVER WORKED DUING MY STAY. THE BREAKFAST WAS TOO LATE, VERY POOR FOOD TOO. ONLY ONE MAN WAS DOOING ALL OF THE PREPARATIONS AND IT WAS TOO MUCH , HE NEEDS SOME HELP, AND BETTER FOODS AND WHOLE MILK TOO. THE PEANUT BUTTER IS SO OLD IT HAS OIL FLOATING ON TOP OF IT, AND THE JELLIES CAME I=OVER ON THE MAYFLOWER ??THE ROOM I SCHEDULED WAS NOT AVAILABLR NEITHER WAS THE TWO PERSON HOT TUB, SO THAY CHANGED IT TO ONE WITH A JICUZI WITH A QUEEN BED INSTEAD OF THE KING BED I WANTED. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE !!!!
