The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When we noticed a bad smell in our original room, they quickly resolved the issue by switching us to a new room, which we really liked—it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The gym is small but very clean. Overall, we had a great stay and appreciated the excellent service.

Shockingly, an employee walked right into our room without knocking at 7 pm. Totally inexcusable. My wife is still shell shocked. Manager apologized and said he would comp the room fee. No resolve to date. Room was nice though

We liked that the premises had a parking garage but it’s rather cramped and very tight coming and going. The evening staff was very pleasant and helpful for these visitors. The outside was a bit of chaos with all the homeless and the no parking. The room was beautiful and we fully enjoyed it. Thanks to everyone

It's a nice older hotel in downtown. Near Powell Bookstore. The area seems to be a little iffy. Portland isn't what it used to be.
