A hidden gem on the Douro River. The staff were welcoming, kind and attentive. Thank you Maria for your incredible hospitality. We loved our river-view room. The bed was comfy and the room was cozy. We only stayed for one night and had an early morning all-day Douro Valley tour so the woman at the desk offered to make us box lunches to take with us since we would miss breakfast that day. She also kindly allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel while we were on our tour.
