From the moment we arrived they treated us like royalty. Their warmth and attentiveness were beyond compare. It was not just a hotel it was an experience. The hotel is beautiful! staying here is part of the experience of coming to Porto! The hotel is centric but in a quiet area, 10-15 min walking to the cathedral and other attractions. The staff was super nice as well.

We stayed a week at this beautiful gem and we could not have been pleased more. The entire staff was always kind and helpful. Areno always welcomed us when leaving or returning from explorations, as everyonedid as well. Our room was nicely appointed with everything we needed. The breakfast offered a large variety of warm, cold, local, sweet and hearty options. The concierge service was outstanding, he helped us with recommendations for restaurants and they never disappointed and always were exactly what we were looking for (I feel bad that I can't remember his name). When - not if - we return to Porto, this is our place! Thank you to the entire staff!
