Check in was super smooth and the hotel was super nice and clean. Got to our room and was greeted by a nice welcome message on the tv. Then unfortunately the tv would not work. After contacting the front desk and fixing the TV debacle, NONE of the tv channels worked and by this time it was after 11pm and it wasn’t worth trying to call the front desk to get that fix again.

Overall, the stay was good when we checked in the room, wasn’t ready and needed to have another inspection done on it construction noise was ongoing throughout the day due to upgrading the rooms on the third floor. Lastly, the swimming pool was not heated while we told the receptionist upon checkout she had stated we should’ve told her sooner and would’ve had maintenance. Come to look at it, but at that point, it would’ve been too late. We weren’t gonna hang around to have the pool get warmed up. Someone should be checking it throughout the day to make sure it’s up to snuff

The room was great and everybody was kind, but the children running up and down the halls and the housekeeping, slamming doors for two hours was a little much. perhaps a door stopper when they’re cleaning room so the door doesn’t open and slam every time they go in and out.
