This is a GREAT place to stay! It's right in the middle of the action, but it's in a safe area and convenient if you need to be picked up for something. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we needed to go, and there was great shopping nearby. There were also great amenities, and the room itself was clean and spacious. I would live here if I could.

I would highly recommend this hotel. This hotel is walking distance to Old town square, Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square and Havelské tržiště (market). Lots of dining and shopping in the area. Hotel has a shuttle to and from the airport, and an amazing breakfast each morning. Hotel staff were all super nice and friendly and always happy to answer any questions and help with anything we needed. They even packed us a great breakfast to take to the airport. This hotel deserves more than 5 stars. Will definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay again if ever in Prague!

Wonderful choice in the heart of Prague

The hotel location is superb, it is an easy walking distance to all the important sites and public transportation. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily and we got turn-down service every afternoon. The breakfast was excellent, you could order fresh coffee/espresso and it was very tasty. Our staff at breakfast room, Christina, was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, it's a wonderful choice for visit Prague.

Fantastic location

Really good hotel in a fantastic location to access any area of Prague. Great staff who were very friendly. Room was spacious and well maintained. Free breakfast was offered but not the best quality. They offered non-dairy milk option but nothing else vegan. Gluten free bread was meant to be available but they were out of it for all three estates days we were there. Overall a very good experience.

Beautiful hotel in a superb vicinity.

Staff friendly and helpful. Location is superb for all of Prague whether you walk, or use tram or metro. Breakfast was good and a good of variety.
