Loved the location. It was a lot more afforable than hotels downtown Prescott, near all kinds of restaurants and shopping.The windows opened with screens (important for my husband). Loved the fridge and microwave in the room, HOWEVER, the roaring air conditioner was impossible to use while trying to sleep.

This was a spur of the moment stay and while it’s not a 5 star hotel, I didn’t expect it to be at all. But I at least expected it to be clean. Upon arrival the kids immediately wanted to go swimming, after being in the car for a 4 hour drive..we were exhausted but decided to so we put the bags in the hotel and went to the pool area. Definitely not clean.. bugs, debris, and the jets in the hot tub were broken so it was shooting water like a broken fire hydrant. We tried to be relaxed about that but when we got back to the room to get cleaned up, my daughter found a stick bug and beetles in the shower. There was urine and hair on the toilet seat. Taking a closer look around at this point. There was crumbs and dirt all along the table, the floor. The chair in the room was horribly stained with god knows what. Yeah. It was apparently it was definitely not cleaned at all

Check in staff was friendly and welcoming. Preferred a first floor as I'm traveling with my dog and my husband is disabled and has difficulty with stairs. This could not be accommodated. The room was nice and clean. Close to main road so a bit noisy. But all in all it was a good stay.

All the employees are very sweet and helpful. They made are stay so amazing. I’ll be go back to that hotel again when we visit again. The hotel room, lobby, pool, grounds, and breakfast room was very clean and welcoming.
