Great views, good value, rooms need improvements

This hotel has amazing views if you are in a suite. The rooms feel a bit run down. Our door was missing the door sweep and we could hear everyone in the hallway.

I have to start by saying the staff was very accommodating and the room appeared to have been recently remodeled. The views from the fifth floor were lovely. I am disappointed that they still have their Covid practices/policies in place. They will not clean your room unless you are there for a four night stay. This resulted in having to call in every time we needed a towel or sheets. We found it difficult to keep the floor and bathroom clean. I suppose they could’ve provided us a broom and cleaning products but I really don’t want to do that while on vacation. I’m not sure that I would stay at the resort again unless they provided regular housekeeping.

Hotel in disrepair, give business elsewhere

Water stains on ceiling in both bedroom and entry room. Wallpaper in bathroom peeling off. Toilet handle super stuck. Worn out, wrinkled carpeting. No microwave. No chairs on outside patio, and overhead was peeling paint. Hot tub had missing tile. Ordered food one night at bar, before 9:00, and after taking our order, waitstaff returned and said kitchen was closed. We then watched people being served, sitting at nearby tables. Hotel has good bones and location, but clearly in disrepair. Have pics, in case management would like proof.

Renovation needed

Work down “resort” in desperate need of renovation. Did not live up to expectations. Old carpets, holes in walls, 20 year old tv, missing tiles in pool area. If this is the best Prescott has to offer don’t bother.

I’d stay again.

Had a nice stay. Went for a concert at the Findlay Toyota center.. it was about 15 mins to the venue and very easy! The resort was comfy, clean, and quiet with about 50 directv channels and good WiFi. I’d definitely stay there again.

Central location easy to drive to downtown, Findlay center, and ERAU. Beautiful views. Staff was very nice, breakfast and dinner at the hotel were delicious.
