The cottage was everything you could hope for. It has a very relaxing decor, well laid out floor plan, several outdoor sitting areas and all the little amenties that are often forgotten.The location is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but just a short drive to get downtown.The hosts are very helpful with any needs or recommendations but not intrusive.

Our hosts, Dave and Karen, were wonderful! Dave met us on our arrival, showed us around the cottage and gave us some great suggestions for hikes! The cottage was sparkling clean, just as advertised, and had everything that we needed to cook great meals, and relax when our day was through! Sitting on the patio and watching the very active birds was a lot of fun too!

My wife and I enjoyed a very nice three night stay at this lovely cottage. The hosts met us at the cottage with welcome gifts for us and our dog. The property was very clean and comfortable. It had everything necessary for our stay. We ran into inclement weather during our stay and spent more time than expected indoors, enjoying our time in the cottage. We will definitely return.

We had a great stay. We have used VRBO many times and this property is probably the best stocked, i.e. amenities, supplies, maps/itineraries, etc., of any we've stayed in. Walking distance to Fry's and several restaurants, and Whiskey Row is only 1.6 miles away so also within walking distance if you like to walk. Dave and Karen were extremely attentive to anything we needed during our stay (we were there for 2 weeks) and it is obvious that they take great care of their properties. Cozzzy cottage

I loved staying here. It the perfect size for me and my daughter. We awere ending our summer with a 5 day vacation. Its was hidden in the trees, with lits of places to sit and enjoy the outdoors. I sat outside in the morning with my coffee enjoying the weather and the birds. I will definitely stay here again on my next vacation. Thank you for the hospitality and the toys for my dogs they loved it.

The property was just as described...clean, cozy and very peaceful. We enjoyed sitting outside on the private patio...watching the hummingbirds and all the surrounding nature. Sitting here, you really feel like you're 'away from it all', but the cottage is actually just minutes away from the Courthouse Square and all the restaurants and shopping. We loved our time here and will definitely stay again.

We had a very relaxing much needed getaway in Prescott. From the moment of booking, until checking out Dave and Karen were extremely responsive to all of our questions and needs. Wonderful Weekend Trip

Wanted to get out of the heat and relax for a weekend and this cabin was perfect place for that. Close to restaurants, shopping, and activities, the place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed!
