I’ve been a Hilton traveler for years but have recently found that many of the properties have began to become very rundown. Service has also been lacking. This was my first stay at the HGI in Providence and I’m pleased to share that the experience was exceptional. Very pleasant check in. The room was well maintained and immaculately clean. I was greeted every time I walked past the desk. I was thanked when I checked out (at 400 AM). Really great experience. Highly recommend this location. It will be my hotel of choice when I’m back in PVD.

Very clean rooms , quiet, well maintained . Best part is Iron works restaurant next door and did not have to go outside in the snow. Awesome place great food. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful
