Did not receive any VIP amenities room was small. Could've used an extra blanket had no idea how to control the air conditioning. Hotels very nice weird set up but good location no towels in the room very little soap and shampoo in the room. I probably go next-door next time and stay at the Wyndham but very rarely. Do you ever get an upgrade or do you get a VIP amenity with Expedia?

We stayed at this hotel on a business trip. It is well located in a safe, modern area of Puebla. Easy access to malls and dining options. The hotel is not luxurious but rather express-like. It has a small gym and pool for morning laps. The breakfast offers a great opportunity to sample authentic Mexican cuisine. In general, it is a good business express-type hotel with staff that is professional and courteous.
