I wouldn’t stay here again!!! The rooms are very outdated, nothing like the pictures online. There was no hot/ warm water to shower with. You have to make reservations for the restaurants and when you show up they give you different run arounds. We booked at the Italian restaurant for 5:30, when we show up they say it opens until 6 and that it’s a buffet. They said no pool attire at restaurants (which is understandable… they told me to change) and when we showed up again there were people in bathing suits. Food isn’t that great. They offered us a membership for $8750 which includes a discounted rate for hotels/resorts around the world for 5 years. Because we declined the membership, the staff got upset and started giving us attitude!!! The only staff that was respectful and did an amazing job were the maintenance/ cleaning ladies, they were great!! There are better resorts available in puerto Vallarta, don’t stay here!!! For the amount of money we paid I would’ve assumed better services/ amenities but that wasn’t the case.
