I was here with my 8,12, and 20 year old children. The price was way lower than any other all-inclusive in PV, so this isn't a luxury place but a really good value. My kids loved it; outstanding service in the restaurant and at the pool. The only downside was on the last day; we had a late afternoon flight and they wanted to charge us $70/person to go sit by the pool after checkout which left a sour taste in my mouth.

The room was very nice. I had a hard time getting hot water from the shower but i figured it out. The staff was very nice snd friendly to me. I do wish the snack bar had tacos but the hotdogs were good. The buffet food was either too spicy or kindof bland for me. One of the fish dishes i tried tasted like dirty aquarium. Both times I tried it but my friends really liked thr buffet. I do recommend this place for the cost and location it was very good.

The staff was very nice. There was limited hot water. Part of the pool was closed to get ready for NYE which was most upsetting. The resort is s ok, not great. We will not stay there again.
