Room was nice, but VERY basic..502. King Room. No fridge or safe, one chair. No table. Was very clean and tidy, no phone in the room. I did see other rooms that had these items though oddly enough both rooms next to me.. Bed was super cozy and clean. BAthroom was small but everything was clean and worked perfectly. Cleaners were super lovely and sweet. Most of the front desk was great.. one evening my TV stopped working. I was VERY ill that night, I had to go down twice to get someone and no one came til the next day when I had to have the cleaner call the maintenance.. who was great !!! Pool are was nice and well maintained.. pool is small and a bit of a challenge to get in and out of. It looks like they had a roof top lounge up there at one point which was beautiful. Not in use while I was there unfortunately. Always got a pool chair as barely no one came up.. The internet was nearly unusable.. spotty even in the common areas, I could get wifi in my room laying on my bed close to the window.. but that’s about it. It was an ok stay.. probably wouldn’t again unless I was desperate.

The cleaning staff and front desk were so lovely! They actually found my Apple Watch and sunglasses that went missing in my room! The view on the roof is easily one of the best in PV

Staff was great and room was good, but sewage smell came up from the shower drain. Suspect the shower doesn't have a P-trap and let's the fumes come up. Had a rubber cover for the drain, but that only helped a bit

I enjoyed my stay here for my birthday week. It was right in the middle of everything and the area was quite quiet. Rooms were straight forward but had great a/c and a fan. I would def stay here again.

Pros- Staff was wonderful, room very clean, lovely hot water never seemed to run out. Rooftop pool and patio was a nice bonus. Fantastic location if you wear earplugs at night otherwise very noisy if your room has a view. Cons - really every room should at least have a bar-size fridge. And a hair dryer. Also blackout blinds would have been nice, we hung our towels and sarongs over the curtain rod for less morning light so we could sleep in.

We had a few issues with the room, but they were resolved quickly by the hotel staff: 1. The toilet was leaking from the base of the toilet. 2. The comforter/bedspread wasn’t clean upon checking in. 3. The refrigerator power kept turning off. My only other complaint about the room is that the freezer is too small. We had to purchase ice several times because we couldn’t fit the bag of ice inside the freezer.
