We thought it was great. The room was large and plenty of space for 2 people. It was showing some signs of wear but that didn’t bother us. The toilet around the corner was a strange set up. The sink was tiny and I wish there was a mirror above it. Bed was very comfortable and our view was nice. It was a view of the lagoon. The breakfast was delicious but pretty pricey. We just ended up going to the grocery market and picking up breakfast to have in our balcony instead. I loved the pool and lagoon area, it was so beautiful. Everyone who served us was friendly and polite. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

The check in process was terribly. There was 1 person working and a long long line. Others got checked in before us and then came after us. We ordered a few cocktails at the pool bar and they had no alcohol and only juice. Staff members were juggling cocktail shakers. Not very professional.

I checked in before all our friends but got our room last. It was supposedly an ocean view room but all we saw was the restaurant. It was very hot in the room but they didn’t seem to care.

There were a lot of issues when we got to the property. There are hidden fees that you will receive. Multiple bugs (spiders, roaches, flies). The resort offered excursions but we couldn’t use anything. It is not all inclusive and the credit that Expedia gives will not last because it is expensive there. The staff was AMAZING, very understanding, and immediately tried to fix our problems. Overall I can’t say I would use this resort again. Completely different from any resort I’ve traveled to in any other country.

My room was at the front of the resort near the main road, so a bit noisy. Otherwise, it was fine for me to have a couple of days to rest on my way back to the USA from Australia. The staff were wonderful and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The pool area very relaxing. Nice value in my opinion.
