The staff doesn't smile very much. There's things that the staff forget to do like set the table coffee or give me a spoon for my coffee. Little things didn't matter but overall the experience was good. I'm looking for excuses, lack of organization, lack of explanation, lack of and transparency was a big deal for me and I felt like I got ripped off and lost money

I gave a review of good. The pool water was like bath water and the bed was hard as a rock. The food was really good but if you plan a restaurant reservation prepare to stay hungry as they only offer small portions. You can ask for multiple plates but they’re just small. The staff was super friendly and everything is so clean. There’s so much to do that you’ll never get bored and neither will your children.

For me is one of the most potential hotel in Punta Cana. It has a great recreation staff. The shared installations like pools are very good and they staff is great generally speaking… but… I strongly consider it requires a better operation management. On the room side the walls are dirt, it looks like the walls does not receive paint in years. Furniture in rooms are old and broken. Silicon in bathrooms are literally black due to the age and poor maintenance. Aside from that I personally like it.

Definitivamente volveremos a Bahia Principe Fantasia, nuestros ninos disfrutaron al maximo en especial el parque de agua, en general todo estuvo perfecto, cada persona que trabaja en el resort se encargo de darnos muy buen servicio y atencion, Luisa quien nos mantuvo nuestra habitacion siempre limpia, los family concierge siempre respondieron a nuestras preguntas, Ruben nos atendio muy bien en un BBQ de Expedia, los restaurantes a la carta sin palabras, los buffets siempre deliciosa la comida y todo muy bien organizado, Recomendado para disfrutar de sus vacaciones en familia.
