Overall rating is give it a solid 3.
Resort:
The resort is massive. It’s comprised of 5 sections and you ideally will need to take shuttles to visit the beach or some of the restaurants.
The resort upkeep is impressive. From lawn care to making sure the resort looks well manicured.
Room:
Considering what the resort looks like, I was disappointed with the room. While fairly clean, you can tell the furniture was older, areas of the walls were visibly touched up with paint to give it a “clean look” but looked like a poor job. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and felt as if you were laying on an old spring mattress.
The bathroom was very dated, mirror had much wear with discoloring that’s hard not to stare at and due to possible years of water stains, we never used the hot tub.
Food:
I was pleasantly surprised at the food. The buffet was solid yet still my least favorite of the food. Some of the stations lacked signs for the dishes so sometimes hard to know what you’re getting.
Mexican Restaurant was fantastic and wife wanted to eat there everyday.
Indian Restaurant was delicious and surprisingly my favorite.
Italian Restaurant was great and Italian is personally my least go to living in the states.
Brazilian was awesome as well.
Hospitality:
This is hands down where I felt like the resort excels at. Despite having a giant water bug/roach (due to massive rain) visit us in our room, the staff quick to react. Made restaurants fun and made you feel welcomed.
