Our stay at Bahia Principe Fantasia was very disappointing because of the quality of service. Most of the stuff had a very bad attitude and that is the very last thing you want to deal with when you go on vacation, even the entertainment stuff looked like they were in a bad mood. The food was good and the facilities as well. The only thing we weren't able to enjoy was the kids club that looked amazing but it is only for children 4 and up :/ i think a little kids area is very needed.
