I traveled with my husband for five nights. Since we entered the property, the welcoming was great! We were assigned a butler, Jose. He was very helpful and respectful to answering questions and helped my husband Alberto with setting up a beautiful decoration for our anniversary. The room was done every day. There were a variety of delicious food and entertainment every night. The pools have bars and even by the beach the lady’s were happy to bring you drinks. We definitely recommend it. There are rooms in specific areas for families with children and others for adults. We had a wonderful time at Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana.

I had many issues with my room and room access which affected my stay, yours and planned events. Some issues were addressed on the last day but to this date, no one has made us for the time loss. The staff is very apologetic and nice hence it’s difficult to get mad, but when you factor the amount of time and effort lost with all issues, I would reconsider going back.

Went to one of their fast food restaurants in the resort and we found a dead roach and some baby cockroaches crawling on the floor. Food quality was left to be desired. They advertised presidente beer and when I would taste it, I could tell it was a lesser quality of beer. On my last night there, I was unable to open my door due to a faulty lock. I had to walk on a recently broken ankle 3 times to talk to get a specialist to open the door. After an hour and a half, they couldn’t fix the doors lock and we had to be moved to a room. The new room that we were in had no hot water and the ac was loud. One of the restaurants was closed even though we had a reservation. We were not informed of such change. One of the restaurants that we did go to served, unseasoned food and not cooked well which caused us to get sick. We received a survey link twice and oddly enough when we click on the link to leave an honest feedback, it was expired even though we received it the same day. I have always recommended majestic to travelers but after this fiasco of an experience, safe to say I will never regard this chain highly ever again.

This resort is drastically overpriced and a major disappointment. The experience is lackluster, with little to no entertainment to keep guests engaged. The staff is average at best, and the constant expectation to tip at every turn feels excessive. The property is uncomfortably hot, especially the lobby, which feels like an oven due to the lack of fans and closed blinds. The food quality is abysmal. The bars serve lukewarm drinks, and the buffets fail to maintain proper food safety standards—sushi was warm, and nacho cheese was cold, posing health risks. I’m shocked I didn’t get sick. The so-called “butler” service was useless, sending repetitive texts about nonexistent activities or the same lackluster dining options. The dining options are equally disappointing. The Steak House served low-quality meat scraps instead of proper steaks. The Italian restaurant’s sauces were subpar and served on cold plates, lacking any authentic flavor. The hibachi was the only tolerable option, but even that was merely average. Both buffets were unappetizing, with hot, flavorless food that lacked any appeal. This resort is at least 50% overpriced for the poor quality it delivers. I strongly advise against visiting and will not return. I feel compelled to warn others about this underwhelming and overrated experience.

We had a great time, the food was the best I had in an All Inclusive Resort. The staff was friendly, the only problem we had was my room smell like sewer at night time. Not sure why this was happening but it was horrible and made it hard to fall as sleep, however none of my family members had that problem. This is a resort that I will visit again.

The rooms are very large, the property layout to all the vactivity was very organized and made sense. The landscaping staff are always working to keep the facility looking at its best. The staff are amaxing we had nothing but the best from the entire staff. We are definitely coming back to this property. Some friends of ours stayed at a nearby property and said theres is not as nice as ours

I stayed for 7 days and found the property to be clean, quiet, and with good food. However, the beach water was not very clean. There was a lot of seaweed at first, which was cleaned up by the second day, but the water still remained unclear.
