We were a group of 8 people ( 5 adults 3 kids). On the first few days of staying, one adult and one kid gotten food poison, the 2 days later the other kid, and finally 2 more adults were into the same symptoms: vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, cold sweet. Worst experience ever

Our personal concierge Anthony was amazing. He made sure our stay was seamless and care free. Anything we needed he promptly took care of. He consistently reached out asking us if there was anything he could do for us. Anthony is probably one of the main reasons we had such a great stay. Everything was amazing but the food was horrible. There were a few restaurants that were part of the all inclusive package but none were good at all. The only good restaurant was the hibachi which was not part of the all inclusive package.
