Not bad during the week, but the weekend was busy with very loud people. Lots of door slamming, shouting in the hallways, etc. The room was tired and needed upgrades: sink was cracked, seal on one window was gone so it was difficult to see outside, some flooring in the room was broken and covered with a mat, stains on hallway carpet, only 1 of 4 ice machines worked, overpriced store. The restaurant was good, with good staff. Maybe they should run the hotel.

Beautiful view of Quebec BUT the heater did not work, it was cold and we had to wait a long time to get the technician to fix it. There was only 1 chair for the desk, for two people in the room. The service department finally brought a second chair after some wait. The toilet got blocked with toilet paper and we called the service department, they did not come right away, finally the cleaning lady solved it. The service department promised us 15% off the bill for all these issues, but when I went to pay the bill, they had not heard of the promise, and would not honor any compensation. The director of customer service was not willing to talk to us. The front desk agent was not able to help either. Too many things went wrong on a 2 nite stay. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Première chambre 1810 avait une superbe vue mais aucune chaise ou fauteuil. Pour une chambre supérieur … Seconde, chambre 1907 Belle vue ,la lampe de chevet s’allumait et s’éteignait ,les oreillers et les taies sont du pour être changé,il n’y avait pas de gel à corps et cheveux dans le distributeur,j’ai dû ressortir de la douche et attendre que quelqu’un vienne vérifier Lorsque nous sommes revenus à notre chambre dans pm la porte n’était pas fermé elle ne clanchait pas automatique .la femme de chambre ne s’en était pas aperçu! Par contre l’accueil était impeccable .
