The hotel was very tired and dated and the welcoming smell of bleach chlorinated pool throughout the Hôtel reception and hallway areas wasn’t very inviting Very poor service no coffee etc provided in the rooms , just sugar , very disappointing

I really liked the atrium style garden view from the inside balconies. Rooms were very spacious, ours had french doors closing off the bedroom from sitting area. It was a little noisy with the band playing right beside our room, but the French doors helped to muffle the sound. They should have been a coffee table for the couch to put drinks on. There was a little kitchenette area with sink, coffee maker, under was the microwave and mini fridge and safe under sink.

Surprised and delighted with the hotel especially location a block from the Old City. The Steakhouse was great but we did find that one morning the breakfast buffet area looked like kids might have spilled syrup and it wasn’t cleaned up. The other mornings it was fine

Really convenient location to all the main attractions in old Quebec. Parking was reasonably priced, and liked the option of being able to go in and out. Pool and hot tub area was very pretty. Only downside is that at times the condition and cleanliness of the room could have been better.

Parking for bigger vehicles is way offsite. Pain.

I mean it’s a decent hotel. Good location for walking to see the sights. Horrible location for parking. If you own a truck/SUV then find another place unless you are ok with parking in a public parking area 800m away. I wish I hadve know that when I booked. It was clean and service was fine although we felt rushed at every interaction. Pool is in a cool location. I mean for the money it wasn’t as expected. Plus parking was a major minus.

overall good location and comfort stay. Safe and walkable commute to attractions. Public transit nearby and all nice restaurant nearby is great. Door lock was bad and would have been happy if they immediately acted to it and gave other room. but had some hassle and they rectified only 2nd night. also if they had some complimentary breakfast or night complementary drinks would have been better.
