Property is long in the tooth. Checkin lines were long including seld service. Walk from main tower to sky tower was excessive. Had to figure out parking areas. Bell desk was helpful.

The hotel room itself was fine, but the elevators were a disaster. We visited during Family Weekend for UNR which coincided with the Great Italian Festival. Of the 6 elevators only 3 seemed to be working. People had to wait upwards of 20 minutes before being able to get on with many choosing to use the stairs for 17-25 floors. Either make sure that ALL the elevators are functioning or figure out another way to accomodate your guests.

Not the worse, nor the best, but we had comedy

Its been over 20 years since I last stayed here. The room was OK, but no heater in the bedroom. It was not ADA either-which I had booked. The bed too hig to use, the pullout couch broken down and too soft.The shower unuseable because it was not a walk in or roll in. The frig worked, so did the wifi. The valet staff were great! My car decided I was trying to steal it and locked itself down. Its "brain" was certainly senile, battery had to be removed and towed to dealership. Brain killed as it was obsolete. I could only laugh because no one would ever consider a rebuilt car had a brain.
