Check in computers were down. Long wait time checking in. Room was not clean. Toilet was dirty. We found a wrapper in our bed from previous guests. Beds were hard. For the price I paid, I feel like it was unjustified due to all the complications & uncleanliness we ran into.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is non-smoking. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. You can walk all the way to El Dorado inside. Great for families and adults. Would stay again.

Our room was great .. checkin/out was effortless. We chose "no housekeeping" and when asked "housekeeping staff" promptly brought extra toilet paper and tea and coffee supplies for the duration of our stay. The hotel is undergoing massive renovations .. much needed. Location is very good to access the three affilliated hotels which are served by transportation both to the hotel and to the airport.

Amylyn at reception was fabulous, fun and charming. Sped us through check in and off to our room. The mattress i. Our room has seen better days. The left side had a full sized divot to sink into, but the room was convenient and clean, and didn't smell like smoke
