They need more employees but fantastic!

Everything is beautiful and clean. The pool is absolutely fantastic. My only complaint is that they way they’ve replaced actual physical employees with computers. The check in computer didn’t work, so we had to wait in a long line to get our keys and there was only one person working at 6pm, prime check in time. Also the computer to fill our arcade cards didn’t work. Less computers, more helpful employees would have made this an absolutely perfect experience. I will add the employees we did interact with were all very helpful and kind. There just weren’t enough of them!

We had a great stay at the peppermill, it will definitely be our go to spot when visiting Reno, staff was really helpful and it has a great vibe. Our room was great we had no complaints.

The casino was very nice and the restaurants looked lavish, the rooms however were very subpar for the price. You would expect a casino “resort” to have rooms in at least a good condition and comfortable bedding.

No parking. .. had to park at employee parking after circling for 40 min. Walked with bags and luggage with 75 yrar old mother around the entire casino in the dark. Governor had an event. Maybe should of had security take guests with golf carts to entrance that late of night
