The property itself is very nice. The general area around was run down and dirty. About 1 mile from the convention center. I usually walk but the area was not good for that.

Our room in the North Wing was terrible with a nice view of the side of the other building and difficult for an 84 year old in a wheelchair to get to. The housekeeper walked into our room at 7 am and the place was fully booked so you know she knew the room was rented. They don't have electric wheelchairs, only the ones you have to push which disappeared while sitting next to the card table. Minimal handicapped parking and no one driving the carts around cuz they're too busy blocking the entrances and dont bother tipping the one who brings the food to your room. They've already added it to the total they billed to your room but they won't tell you that.

The room was not as clean as it should have been when we arrived, but I contacted house keeping and they cleaned the room again for us, they did a wonderful job! They were very apologetic about the inconvenience. Housekeeping was wonderful and attended to our every need.
