Spacious room, comfortable and clean bed. The hotel locates right next to one of the pick-up bus stops so it is very ideal for both solo and group travellers joining various local tours in Iceland. Also, the hotel does take the VIP status of Expedia into account, and offer some complementary gifts if you have one. (which is a surprise to me as I heard most of the hotels ignore that) Great affordable restaurant at the G/F of the hotel, and offered a variety of dishes (like rib, seafood and lamb burger). This is my second time choosing hotels of the same group, and I will definitely recommend anyone choosing hotels under the same group in Reykjavik. Thank you all the staffs which makes our trip memorable :D

The hotel was very clean and staff was extremely professional and accommodating. The only disappointing aspect is that the hotel advertises free parking for guests.. there are only 10 spots on a side street. We had to pay for hourly parking the entire time we were at the hotel ( 9-9 were free hours) . Considering we were exploring Iceland most of the time, again, not a huge deal.. BUT we also had to run outside to reload the meter by 9 am if we were not yet gone for the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I only wish I would have been aware of the parking limitations before arriving .

Had a wonderful staying at this unique hotel in excellent location and very attentive staff. Loved the contemporary designed spaces and our room was very spacious. Hotel's spa was an extra nice touch as we've enjoyed it every day after the daily tours!
