Very disappointed. The was expensive and very small. The room appeared clean but the tissue box was empty and a previous guest’s jacket was in the closet so I question the cleanliness. Not the standard I expect from a Quality Inn. Will definitely have to think hard about booking a Quality Inn room in the future.

We noticed that the door leading to the parking lot has no lock on it. Anyone can walk into the hotel and up the stairs. Couldn't sleep that night because I felt totally unsafe.

Loved the family suite with a separate room with bunk beds. Older hotel that could use a little sprucing up, but clean. Super nice staff. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Save your money -dont stay here!

When I pay $260 for one night in a room with two double beds, I expect two double beds, not one bed and a Murphy Bed with a mattress that feels like it was quarried, not manufactured. I expect at least a few USB ports. I expect to be able to use my CPAP machine (impossible because of the wall between bed and nightstand). I expect a toilet that is properly affixed to the floor, and I expect the walls to be clean. I also expect the accessible doora to allow a reasonable amount of time for my 88 year old mother to get through without being hit by the door closing, and that there be adequate accessible parking close to the actual "accessible" entrance.

Great stop while on the road

This was a quick but comfortable stop on our way home from Montreal. We arrived late but check-in was easy and staff were polite and helpful. We had six people in the room and it was nice that the kids could have a separate room with a double/single bunk bed set up! Breakfast was great. Clean, comfy, and convenient--would recommend.

A little unclean. I drop something on the floor and the under bed was nasty. The mirror in the bathroom once foggy had full of drawing on it so not clean. The pool access and check in was great.

Overall, this property needs renovations. Staff is friendly and accommodating but they even admitted that the building needs major Reno. Our room had a clogged drain, chewed up mirror by a dog, smelled of humidity and they store full garbage bags in the bottom of a stairwell where guests walk by several times a day. At close to $300 a day it’s unacceptable. It used to be our go to stop while travelling in the maritimes for several years, we will not come again. Thank you
