We had a comfortable night's rest. The bedding was excellent. The powder's scrambled eggs were not very good. An omelet station would be better. Better instructions on the website and reservation confirmation would be helpful. We walked to the wrong Hilton due to signage at the airport.

I had resercations for Oct 15th. My itinerary changed and rquested a room for Oct 7th. instead. They could not accomodate but refused to cancel the charge of about $350.00 regardless of the fact that they did not have another room available on the 7th. The request was made one week prior to the Oct 7th. date. I call this abuse of power and total lack of concern for customers. HILTON, NEVER AGAIN.

I attempted to message the hotel via expedia a couple of times to inquire about the airport shuttle. We didn't receive any correspondence and ended up catching a taxi (35 euros). Best to find out the pick up point before hand to save $. Otherwise, room was well sized and clean. Not much around the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Only stayed 1 night prior to flight back home. Free airport shuttle was a plus. Restaurant on site had good food and the included breakfast buffet was great as well. Rooms are a good size and have modern furniture and decor. Bathrooms are clean but very dated. In need of renovations. Bed and pillows were too soft for our tastes.

The entire experience was wonderful except using the airport shuttle to get to the hotel. Information provided by the hotel should have specified what the pick-up schedule was and let us know whether we needed to contact the hotel or just wait for a shuttle to appear (in the appropriate area). We wasted ½ hour looking for information and finally went to the on-site Hilton (different) for help. They kindly drove to the Hilton Garden Inn and the person that drove us laughed when I asked if we were the only person who had difficulty finding the Garden Inn.
