Staff was amazing. Patricio at the bar was inviting amd gave us some great recommendations. You can't beat the location. Far enough from the late night noise but close enough to walk to everything. I would stay here again. The only complaint i have is that the cleaning service was not refilling the shower bottles regularly.

Staying at hotel chapter Roma exceeded our expectations! It was my first time traveling to Italy and this hotel and its wonderful staff helped in every which way they could. I can’t recommend this enough (especially for anyone traveling from the US - hotel is prime location and walking distance to everything to see/eat). I can’t wait to come back and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in beautiful Roma! Thank you again, hotel chapter Roma, for such a beautiful and memorable stay!

It is in a great location; lots to do right around and walkable to pretty much everything in the city. The staff were all incredible! They were very friendly, hospitable, and fun. The interior of the common spaces and the room itself were beautifully designed and comfortable. I had a great experience!

Stay here best place and super close to sites.

Super Clean and amazing staff everyone made us feel welcome and the guest happiness gal was awesome made us dinner reservations at Venda, got us a Taxi to the airport and got us extra water. We saw all of Rome we could in 1 day. They all speak english which was a huge relief to us.

The staff is amazing and beyond welcoming and friendly. Quiet area in Rome away from the over crowded streets but close enough to walk to all the major attractions in Rome. Best breakfast we found in Rome.
