This hotel was reasonably clean and very convenient (a 5 minute walk to Termini Station). There were plenty of restaurants and markets in the area. Breakfast was plentiful but unvaried (exact same thing provided every day — we stayed for a total of 5 days). The biggest drawback of this property was the smell in the rooms. We had two different rooms over our two stays (a total of 5 days) and both rooms smelled weird and musty. And one day we had no hot water.

The hotel was small but easy to get to from the Termini. The staff were helpful and friendly. Everything was really clean. The air conditioner was a bit noisy. The only downside was the small road off to the right was smelly (urine) and a bit rough looking. It was perfectly safe though and would not put me off recommending the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Arrived hours before check in time and our room was ready. I know this can’t happen all the time but it was very much appreciated. The front desk staff member, I didn’t get her name, she was very kind and she took the time to point out several points of interest, quite handy after arriving in Rome for the first time. Also during breakfast, Mauro was always very welcoming, remembered our coffee order, he made a difference to start our morning. There was a glitch with the hot water at the property one evening but all was rectified and it did not cause any issue the rest of our stay. A/C could’ve been better but again, this did not take anything from our stay. Thanks team!

We stayed at the hotel for one night before our return back home. Amazing location – just a 6-minute walk to the central station, and within 30–40 minutes on foot you’re in the heart of Rome. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We totally recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family!

I had a one night stay on a very hot June weekend. The location is convenient for Roma Termini station, which has direct trains to FCO airport every 15 minutes. Check in was charming. The room was perfectly fine, with AC that was almost able to keep the room comfortable. One cannot take this for granted in Rome.

Great location in Rome. Very easy walk with luggage from Roma Termini Train Station & bus stops. Hop on Hop Off bus located at station. We did not include the optional breakfast buffet but it looked great with plenty of choices. Room was very clean & nice with plenty of outlets for charging devices. Our bathroom was a bit small, ask for a bathtub for a larger one. Loved the Juliet balcony with city view.
