Great location by the train station and friendly staff. Rooms are a good size but they are old and outdated and not very comfortable.

The hotel is very old. Washroom is too small and cramped. The hotel should be refurbished. There were not enough bath amenities provided. Towels were thin. Will not go back to this hotel.

Check in was wonderful. Because of late plane didn’t arrive until 3:30 AM. Was not a problem checking into my room once the entrance gate buzzed open. TV didn’t work. Reported the problem. Couldn’t fix. Gave me another room with functioning TV.

The entry to the hotel is difficult. The stairs and location of the check-in office are not ideal, but the room and staff were good.

I liked the location and the check in was easy. beds were comfy... however, all night there were people shouting and laughing in the hallways.. also as a solo traveling woman, there were a lot of creaky noises around my room which freaked me out.

Best described as a no frills hotel I was pleasantly surprised by this one. We had a room with four beds for us and our two boys which was fine. The room was really big and the bathroom/ wet room was huge and newly renovated. Location is good - close to the train station and therefore the metro,trams and buses. Our room was cleaned and towels changed every day. Found a lovely cafe just opposite the station for breakfast and there was a really good Chinese just opposite the hotel. This hotel was a great base from which to explore the city. Would definitely recommend.

Linens and towels were super clean and white. A/C was ice cold! Beds are essentially single cots with thin sagging mattresses. No soap, conditioner, body wash, safe, fridge. Only three thin sleeves of shampoo. Room was small and for I tire was old and cheap. People were Smoking in the hallways and stairwells. It’s close to Roma Termini, about a 3min walk. If you’re just looking to lay your head down and have low standards, you’ll be fine. We were only going to use the room for about 7hrs so we cheaped out.
