Very nice hotel, clean and has many nice room amenities and located close to many restaurants and shops. Just one complaint - we smell cigarettes smoke in our room at 3am when it’s a no-smoking hotel, must be some inconsiderate guests smoking secretly in the their room and the smoke travel to our room via the hotel vent. The receptionist was nice to switch us to another room the next day.

Excellent location in central Rome. The hotel is gorgeous, breakfast is slightly different each day. The staff are fantastic - very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel and location

On arrival the hotel did not look anything great from outside. But when we got out of the lift and into the 1st floor reception everything was lovely the staff were very friendly and so helpful. The room was a really good size with a modern well finished shower room every thing was very clean and tidy. Great location too lots of attractions were in walking distance, restaurants bars buses and metro all about 200meters from the hotel. definetly stay here again

The stay here was for only one night to explore all we could of Roma in one day. This hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and it was located within 15 minutes of all the hot spots. The receptionist gave us a map to help us orient ourselves. I would stay here again.

Staff were outstanding from the moment we got to the hotel. Very informative and did their best to ensure we're were making the most of our stay - everyone was friendly and welcoming. We were often given tips about the best places to visit which was great considering the amount of options available for pizza, pasta, gelato, coffee - are exhaustive. (Do your research about food places beforehand, so you can at least have a good back up- unsurprisingly not every pasta/pizza place is amazing). We had the family room which was 2 ensuite doubles which are connect by a small entrance hallway - which itself has it's own lockable front door to the main hallway/breakfast area. It's basically a self contained 2 bed flat. We had both our room doors open all the time so we weren't shut off from our children and it worked brilliantly. Big TVs in each room. High quality furnishings. Ensuite shower rooms were both very nice and everything spotlessly clean and no sign of wear and tear. Breakfast was plentiful but was a bit expensive for us to have each day so we opted to only have it 2 out of 5 days. (15€ per person per day) - it was very good however and lots of choice including cereals, fruit cold meats, pastries and hot food etc. Location was great - about 15 min walk from the Trevi, Spanish steps and Borghese gardens. Near a few direct bus stops (download Citymapper app to get GPS route planning based on your location- Godsend!) overall amazing stay, wonderful hotel and staff

The hotel is a part of a building where their own a few floors, rooms are very nice and clean, staff is helpful, only problem that we had, towards the end of our stay elevator has stoped working and walking up 7 floors is just tiring.
