Perfect little spot

This is a perfect budget friendly hotel. I can’t for the life of me figure out why it’s a 7.6 rating in some sites. Stayed here twice and loved it for the cost.

I had paid for five days through my affirm card. When I got to the facility after driving 500 miles it was late at night around 10:30 PM and they wanted $100 deposit. They did not take cash or Venmo and I had to rebook somewhere last minute and it was a very busy weekend in Roseburg, Oregon. This was a horrible experience and I never write bad reviews, but I am saying that this owner really did not serve our family. It was a very disappointing experience and they only gave me two day refund. This was very frustrating because I had already prepaid for the whole time. I was there.

More like a Bristol Hotel!

Place was a loud dump,and even ,last people's garbage, behind microwave, under air unit...Loud pipes or something all night!
