Oasis arrived…

After surviving hellacious travel involving flight cancellation, re-route, and spending the night in an airport (!) the arrival at this accommodation was a sweet dose of comfort. Front desk attendant was swift and consoling and deserves kudos for the side gig of therapist to restore my faith in humanity.

An older hotel has been updated. Some of the paint looks a bit sloppy over old plaster in the bathroom. But the room was clean and the bed was comfy

The worst comfort inn that I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in a lot of comfort inn I usually look for a comfort Inn or a Holiday Inn express the room was really rundown. The bathtub had a jagged, sharp rusty hole in the bathtub, and there was other holes in the bathtub that I took pictures of, and I have pictures of the jagged, dangerous part there was snot on the walls in the bathroom looks like someone did a field blow on the walls in the bathroom. There was an electrical short in the switch to the lights for the bathroom, which I also have a video. Also, there was an electrical socket in the room that was pushed in and sideways. It seems like when I book a room directly through them I get a really nice room, but if I book a room through like Expedia, I get a really rundown room that they don't take care of at least that's what I felt there. I told the owner in the morning cause we took a shower in the morning before I went to have major surgery I spoke with him at 15 minutes to get to surgery so I told him when I got back that we need to do something either change the room or do something about checking out and going somewhere elsewhen I got back there was a different young lady there and when I told her the problems and I asked her for the name and the phone number for the owner and that's when she told me I was being hostile and I had to leave the premises and check out and mind you. I just got out of surgery and I'm not even supposed to be standingi was kicked out.

So i stayed with comfort inn 2 weeks to this most recent stay was amazing! Then i stay 2 weeks later, i check in and leave with my sin( which is why i was visiting again for my sons baby shower! After i checked in i left, but when i got back 2 hours later my room was a ice box! I called front desk and asked if maintenance could come, to my dismay was told i wiyld have to wait till tomorrow in a ice box! I finally couldn't take the cold(im on the list for a liver and kidney transplant) this was not good conditions health wise to be in. Called front desk , they only had a suite available. Heater worked like a champ! To my dismay my sheets had BURN HOLES in the , as well as the carpet and the mattress didnt have a FULL cover on it, exposing it with several stains, some were blood. Regardless i barely stayed in my room ! Then to find out my home destination was in a FULL snow storm, i asked front desk, what would be the room rate for one more night! I was QUOTED a much higher price for my room, REALLY!! front desk told me to go online to get a better rate, again REALLY, im stamding in front of you, paid almost $500.00 and the first trip and second trip $191.00, was quoted on a THURSDAY , for $109.00 to stay out of safety! Was EXTREMELY upset for my second visit! It was just GROSS conditions in the suite! And felt like that was it on my stay! Trust your judgment!

You get what you pay for

You get what you pay for. I paid for fairly cheap and that’s what I got and I was okay with it. Breakfast is subpar and made in a store room closet with a microwave, water heater and pipes around it and storage. But I paid for this so whatever.
